Rockford Public Libraries are now offering more than books and you don't even have to leave your home. This might be the best upgrade in years.

Rockford Public Library just announced the big news about the next generation of their services. You can now read books, watch movies, and so much more - right from your home. RPL is making it possible through an app called Hoopla.

The best part of Hoopla, aside from not having to leave home, is the educational opportunities. Rockford Public Library told WREX you can get help putting your professional resume together. It isn't an automatic builder, but more of a tool to walk you through it. Another great tool is learning a new language through Rosetta Stone, which typically costs hundred of dollars. That alone makes this a great idea.

Through Rockford Public Library, any card holders are able to use the service as an added value to their membership. After a quick glance, the Hoopla app looks user-friendly and easy to navigate. You can learn more about it through the rockfordpubliclibrary.org or card holders can CLICK HERE to directly access Hoopla.
