Mystery Food Left In Refrigerator at Q98.5

This mystery food was left for me in the radio station refrigerator today. Do I eat it?

Don't get me wrong, I love it when my co-workers leave me leftovers, but this one worries me. There was a note left on my desk today that told me that food was left me in the refrigerator outside the Q98.5 studio.

So before I eat it, can anyone identify what exact it is?

It has no smell and looks dry. Looks like meat...could be cake. This reminds me of that famous George Carlin bit: MeatCake.

By the way, there appears to be a portion of the mystery food that has a bite mark (like someone or something already bit into it). So help me out, what is it, and would you eat it?
