I have lived in Illinois my entire life, and even I can admit this state has some issues, but that's true for any state, right? I strongly believe Illinois has a LOT of great things to offer its residents, and I would never encourage someone not to move here.
That being said, for anyone who is seriously considering moving to Illinois for employment or just something different, the website Movoto has a great list of things you need to know before you start loading a moving truck.
