It's a known fact that many Northern Illinois residents head up to Summerfest in Milwaukee at least once every summer, but it is still something this lifelong resident has never done. Why? I have no idea.

I hear people raving about Summerfest all the time, primarily because of the performances the festival brings in every summer. Summerfest always features big stars from all different genres of music, but I'd be lying if I said this announcement was the first one that literally had me gasping with excitement:
