Milk Tanker Tips On Bypass 20 [Video]

Update: All lanes are clear and traffic as following normally.

Traffic on By-pass 20 came to a halt early Monday morning when a tanker truck carrying milk tipped, blocking both eastbound lanes near 11th Street. WREX reported the story at 4:47 AM, with mention of no injuries and no immediate cause. The icy/slick road conditions mixed with fog probably didn't help anything.
