Shoppers near Chicago were shocked when they went to a Walmart to find a "license suspended” notice on the locked doors. An alderman confirmed mouse droppings were reported to the health department and section of the store the poo was found is even worse.

In a statement to WGN, Emma Mitts says the health department found mouse dropping on two different occasions!

They were over around the deli and bread area mainly in that part. Whoever did the initial clean up may not have been as attentive to what the health inspectors would be looking for.

Walmart officials have acknowledged the seriousness of the situation via the store's Facebook page.

According to WGN, Walmart on North Avenue in Chicago must pass an inspection by the health department before reopening for business. It kind of makes you wonder what other stores might have a similar problem that has gone unnoticed (or unreported).
