After news of the bodies circulated so did conversations about something that has been plaguing Chicago since 2022.
Is there a serial killer on the loose in Chicago?
Some people believe a serial killer has been at large and is responsible for a series of gruesome murders in the city.
However, Chicago-area police have yet to comment.
2 Bodies Pulled From Lake Michigan
The first body was found around 5:45 a.m. near North Shore Beach in Rogers Park.
The identity of this individual and the circumstances surrounding their demise remain shrouded in mystery, with no official information released to the public.
Less than two hours later, another lifeless body was pulled from Lake Michigan near Montrose Beach.

While speculation can be rampant, it's important to note that there is currently no evidence linking the recent discoveries to the infamous serial killer.
