That's what 44-year-old Alejandro Garcia did after cops say he was caught with his pants down showing off his junk at a Route 59 car wash in Joliet. Reports all say this went down in the morning, which feels a tad early for this kind of chaos, doesn't it?

Authorities also say Garcia had his privates not so private as they were on full display before cruising off. Officers caught up later and arrested him for disorderly conduct.
