Rockford Police Release Name Of Attempted Coffee Joint Robber
A 53-year-old Rockford woman has a warrant for Attempted Aggravated Robbery after trying to rob Wired Cafe Monday afternoon. According to Rockford Police, Jean O'Neil entered the cafe and handed a note to an employee and when the employee refused to give her money she left. O'Neil didn't take anything of value but the damage was done with the note because it demanded money and implied she had a weapon.
