After getting busted going 100 MPH, an Illinois driver gives a bad excuse.

I'll admit when I was younger if I got caught doing something bad, I always came up with some sort of excuse. I tried creative ideas but it never worked.

Recently, the Illinois State Police caught a driver going 100 MPH. He tried to come up with an excuse but it was lame.

According to Illinois State Police Facebook page,

"A District 16 Trooper got this car at 100 mph in a 65 mph zone and then locked it in at 97 mph. The driver’s excuse?? He was tired."

"Please slow down. If you’re drowsy or tired, please pull over and rest. Help keep all motorists on our roadways safe."
