We asked, with no context, what words people use to replace swear words. The list was narrowed down to a simple seven.

Why would adults replace what some might consider slang? It could be because they have kids or they are around children. It could be because they work in a professionl setting that frowns upon swearing. Or, maybe they are intelligent enough to have other adjectives but enjoy fun words and phrases?

7 FUN REPLACEMENTS FOR WORDS LIKE #$%&, *@#&, or !%#&

I was a bit surprised that I did not find "fire truck" or "fire cracker" or "son of gun" on the list. I would have also enjoyed a "frick", "mother father" or "shizzle." The seven words that did make the list are quite creative.
