From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. today, Friday, July 28, select Texas Roadhouse locations in Illinois are giving away free lunches in exchange for donations made to Special Olympics of Illinois. Even better yet? Rockford Police Officers will be serving up the delicious grub to you today at the Rockford location.
