The First National Bank and Trust along with Goodwill have set up a series of free electronics drive to recycle you're old and unwanted electronics.The free electronic drives will be from 9am to 12pm on the following days and locations:

- Saturday, August 1 --- FNBT branch located at 300 East Main Street in Rockton, Illinois.

- Saturday, August 29 --- FNBT branch located at 2600 Cranston Road in Beloit, Wisconsin.

- Saturday, September 12 --- FNBT branch located at 1795 Madison Road in Beloit, Wisconsin.

The drives are open to all in the community.

The items they will be collecting include: cell phones, computers, printers, small appliances, VCRs, DVD players and stereos. For a complete list of acceptable items, please visit www.goodwillni.org/donate.

First National Bank and Trust will donate $.01 f or every pound collected at each of the three events to Goodwill.

Theresa Wendhausen, FNBT branding and communications officer, told WIFR news that "by providing this free electronic recycling event, FNBT not only helps our customers and community members get rid of these items, but we help eliminate e-waste and support a local non-profit in the process."

Now I know where I can dump of my old cell phones, phone car chargers and old computer printer.
