Farm Aid will celebrate its 30th year at Farm Aid 30 in downtown Chicago at the First Merit Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island on September 19. Details just announced are here.

 

According to Farmaid.com Farm Aid 30 is an all-day music and food festival, featuring a unique lineup of artists and genres and family farm-identified, local and organic foods to raise donations for farmers in need.  This year, the concert will be September 19, 2015 in Chicago.

Each year, Farm Aid board members Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp and Dave Matthews host a Farm Aid concert to bring together a wide variety of artists, farmers and fans for one mission: keeping family farmers on the land. Farm Aid is the longest running concert for a cause in America, raising $48 million since 1985 to help family farmers thrive all over the country while inspiring millions of people to take part in the Good Food Movement.
