This recipe works in a pinch when you have a late night chip craving and have none in the house.

This is a healthier alternative to store bought, because there's no grease.

It's just potatoes, seasoning or salt and a microwave.


- 2 gold potatoes thinly sliced

- Microwave safe plate

- Salt or whatever you want to season your chips with.

* I used Garlic Salt sprinkled over the chips.

Microwave one side for 3 minutes, turn chips over and microwave another 2 to 3 minutes. Watch them so as they don't burn.
