Cubs Fan Falls From Bleachers onto the Grass at Wrigley Field

Trouble for a fan at tonight's Cubs game.

The AP is reporting that a fan fell from the Wrigley Field Bleachers onto the field

The incident occurred during a rain delay at tonight's game.

The unnamed fan was taken off the field after he fell bleachers onto the warning track. Officials immediately ran from the dugouts to assist the man .

The AP reports that Cubs outfielder Albert Almora Jr. and pitching coach Chris Bosio also went out to the outfield to check on the man.

No word on the man's condition.
