Hackers take over the Chicago Bears Twitter account.

I think being hacked and having your Social Media account taken over by a complete stranger is everybody's nightmare.

Well, the Chicago Bears had it happen over the weekend. At least, the hackers had fun with it.

According to chicagotribune.com,

"The Bears’ Twitter account was hacked Sunday morning by a group announcing it wanted to “show people that everything is hackable.” The hack was first revealed when a tweet from @ChicagoBears, which has 1.8 million followers, went out announcing a new owner and tagging @Turki_alalshikh, a Saudi official, as that man."

"Minutes later, a group called “OurMine” posted several tweets with the words “Just Kidding!” and with an email address and a web link to what it said was “security services.” The Bears and Twitter deleted the tweets within an hour. A Bears official said the organization worked with Twitter, and the issue was resolved."

Too bad they couldn't have the team to make them play better.
