CherryVale Mall Puts Safety First With Upgraded Security System

For the last few weeks, I've been meaning to get out to the CherryVale mall; but after the recent shootings, I've been feeling a little reluctant.

Last week I really wanted to visit the Clinique counter at Macy's, but opted to hit up Ulta in Machesney Park instead.

The week before that, my dogs ate all my fancy underwear; so, I had this dire need to hit up Victoria Secret for their 5 for $28 Pink panty deal. Instead, I went to Target to grab 5 for $20.

Whatever your reason for avoiding the mall is, the security personnel and local police want you to know that your safety is a top priority.

According to Eyewitness News, officials from the mall have revealed the extra security measures they'll be enforcing to make you feel safe.
