Cake Boss Charged With DUI

TV’s “Cake Boss” was arrested Thursday morning in Manhattan on drunk driving charges, police say. Here's the story.

According to NBC Chicago Buddy Valastro, the star of the TLC show “Cake Boss,” charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while ability impaired after a stop on 10th Avenue near Hudson Yards.

He’s currently being held at NYPD central booking in Manhattan pending an arraignment hearing.

Valastro is the owner and head baker at Carlo's Bakery in Hoboken and is known for his elaborate and large cakes, which are featured on the show.
