Blagojevich is Sewing His Old Shirts Into Masks for Healthcare Workers
If you're needing ideas for something to do while being 'cooped up', former Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich is a great resource.
I bet we all have some shirts we could use for this. Blagojevich says he picked up some sewing skills from a friend. A co-worker said it was a skill he probably acquired in prison. Either way, it's always good to see someone do something good for someone else. Even more so, during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Rod Blagojevich has decided to take his old governor dress shirts and sew masks for healthcare workers. Blagojevich posted a photo on Facebook where he recommended something for when we're feeling “a little stir crazy” during the stay-at-home order.
If sewing isn't your thing, here's how to make a mask with just a bandana and two hair ties.
