Auburn Girls Basketball Coach McClelland Fired After Historic Season

Auburn girls basketball head coach Jason McClelland has been fired after one year. And what a year it was, winning first NIC-10 title ever.

In a statement shared by wifr.com, Auburn athletic director Brad Pemberton, said,

"Auburn High School girls basketball coach Jason McClelland will not return to Auburn next season. Unfortunately we're unable to share more information because it's a personnel matter."

Congratulations to these young women for bringing home a NIC-10 championship and the first regional title for Auburn High School in 33 years.
