Airfest 2015 Announces Headliner

If you're like me and a big Airfest fan, your day is about to get a whole lot better. Today, Rockford Airfest 2015 announced which act will be the headliner at this years event. Get your cameras ready.

The Blue Angels will return to Rockford Airfest June 6-7, 2015 for the first time since 2007. A record 135,000 people attended the Airfest this year starring the U.S. Thunderbird Jets at the Chicago Rockford International Airport in 2014.

According to The Rockford Register Star, the dates for 2015 will be highlighted today, Nov 20, when Airport officials meet with two members of the Blue Angels for a preseason visit.
