Operation Good Guys Underway In Janesville

The Janesville Police Department would like to say thank you to the community by launching “Operation Good Guys". Here's the premise. 

According to WIFR TV 23, "Officers are partnering with some Janesville businesses to distribute the ten dollar gift cards. They say many good deeds by regular citizens go unnoticed on a daily basis. They’re hoping to catch some of these Good Samaritans and reward them".

The Janesville Police Department says “Operation Good Guys” starts today and runs through the holiday season.

Anytime the police award a gift card, it's a win-win for the community. It's always a pleasure to report good stories concerning police in all communities. Maybe Janesville can be a prototype for other police departments to follow across America.
