On Monday we had a special guest, Robby Johnson, visit the Q98.5 Studios. One of the things I asked Robby, as he's from Quebec, Canada, was "what is one thing he wishes the we had here in the states that is popular in Canada.

His answer was "Poutine".

What in the world is that?

It's french fries with brown gravy and cheese curds.

Would you eat this Canadian treat?

I'd be willing to try it.

I'm adventurous that way.

Since we can't get this at restaurants here in the U.S. and I don't have plans to travel to Canada anytime soon, I found a Food Network recipe  for making your own Poutine.

Bon Appetite!
