Here's another example of a news story that could be straight from Florida but, instead, it's out of Wisconsin. So many questions come to mind when you learn about what went down late Sunday night in Madison. Was the suspect drunk, on drugs, or channeling his inner Spider-Man or the Incredible Hulk? No matter what fueled this bizarre behavior, a Wisconsin man was arrested after an incident with a car.

Keep in mind, this happened in a state where there are regular stories of people getting arrested for the 6th, 7th, or 8th OWI (Operating While Intoxicated). A lot of those incidents likely end up on this very website. A memorable one from earlier this year involved a man who stole a bobcat land mover and led police on a seriously slow police chase.

Another thing about these Florida-Esque stories is they can happen at any moment, not just on a Friday or Saturday night. For instance, this bizarre scene took place on Sunday night just before midnight.

This head-scratcher didn't involve any physical harm, which leads me to believe some dude has Hulk-like hands. The only damage possible was to a car or psychological damage to the unsuspecting driver.

According to the police report, Madison Police spotted something strange in the neighborhood. It was about 11:15 pm when a car was driving alone, minding its own business. Little did the driver know things were about to get weird, according to NBC 15.

The victim was driving on South Gammon Road and Gammon Lane at 11:15 p.m. when two men were standing in the road. One man left when the victim stopped. The other man approached the car.

The driver is minding their own business when one of the men in the street freaked out. His spidey senses kicked in and jumped onto the hood of the car. Then, the 33-year-old man turned into Hulk and started pounding the vehicle's hood. It doesn't end there.

When Madison's finest approached the man on top of the car he decided he was going to escape like Batman into the darkness. We all know how these stories end and it was likely a disappointment for the suspect. Even though he resisted arrest he was eventually apprehended.

The man was taken to the Dane County Jail for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, officials said.

No word on if he's still behind bars but I guarantee he didn't escape.
