Wisconsin Man Honored for Running a Business and Being an Awesome Dad

It seems like we're all too busy to acknowledge how much we appreciate those we love most in this life, and that's one of the reasons I love this week's Hometown Hero story so much!

Being a parent is hard.

Owning your own business is hard.

Being a supportive and positive influence in your family's life all while running your own business 7 days a week sounds downright impossible right? Well, it's not for this week's Hometown Hero, Michael Kimball of Milton, Wisconsin.

Here is the nomination letter we received from Michael's grateful girlfriend named Krista;

My boyfriend of 21 years has been by my side through finding out I had complete heart block at the age of 39 and with still raising our 2 children ages 15 and 11 he still manages to support me and keep his own business running 7 days a week. He is truly my hero as I would never be able to do without his and support. He amazes me every day and keeps me going. He has accomplished a lot with his business as an auto retailer in the past 10 years and I want him to know how proud I am of him and all he does for our family.
