Saturday's game at Lambeau Field will have some very special guests in attendance, frontline healthcare workers, first responders, and their families.

Each NFL city has had to make choices when it came to allowing fans inside. While some have chosen to allow a small percentage of capacity, some NFL teams have chosen to only allow player's families inside.

It only takes but a second to realize the impact frontline healthcare workers have made in our communities. We've seen numbers of COVID-19 infections and deaths skyrocket, and through it all, millions of courageous women and men have been right in front of it all. Putting their own health at great risk and sacrificing time with their own families, to stand beside ours, and help them fight this deadly virus. They've been the last voice many got to hear before dying. Patients alone, dying, while holding the hand of a nurse or doctor they don't know.

We owe these individuals so much.

My heart is so full knowing that my football team, the Green Bay Packers, will be welcoming about 250 health care employees, first responders and their families to Lambeau Field for Saturday night's game against the Carolina Panthers. The group will be joining Packers employees and their families.

Even Chicago Bears fans love the Packer's gesture.
