Today’s the Final Day for Some Rockford Golf Courses

Thanks to Mother Nature's chilly temperatures, the Rockford Park District has announced that 4 of their courses will be closing for the 2017 season as of today, October 31.

Grab your golfing gear and get one more round of play in at these 4 course today:

• Aldeen Practice Center
• Ingersoll Golf Course
• Sandy Hallow Golf Course
• Sinnissippi Gold Course

At this point, Elliot Golf Course and Aldeen Golf Club will remain open for golf after today, but that status could change quickly. The Rockford Park District encourages golfers to call ahead to check hours of operation before heading out for play. You may also want to keep a close eye on golfrockford.org for all updated information.
