It's not new news that people are leaving Illinois. I think we've topped the list of "States people are leaving the most" many times in the past few years. But I don't see a real trend of us moving out of state for something like weather. Because based off that list, where people are moving varies widely in weather. From Wisconsin to California, it's hard to say that the main reason people are moving is to escape the extreme Illinois seasons.
