Happy National Drink Wine Day!

I bet you didn't know that was an official holiday. Either that or you celebrate that holiday every day. Either way, you definitely deserve a glass or two. And it turns out it's more affordable to indulge than ever.

The price of wine is expected to drop to its lowest levels in five years thanks, in part, to a surplus of California grapes. Not a bad problem to have if you ask me. WGN details -

Combined with a decreased demand for wine, drinkers can expect to get better value for every drop they drink this year. The cheaper prices may even last up to three years.

It's a combination of too many grapes and a decrease in demand. According to WGN -

Wine consumption has dropped for the first time in 25 years, with more Americans turning to liquor and ready-to-drink cocktails, according to industry group IWSR.

So buy while it's cheap and drink up!
