Summerfield Zoo to Stay Open Weekends Through October

Summerfield Zoo in Belvidere made a surprise announcement the other day on their Facebook page, and I think your animal loving family is going to dig it. 

My daughter Ella is obsessed with animals, and she LOVES visiting the Summerfield Zoo. The zoo may not be featuring all of the attractions that it does in the summer months, (I hope she forgets about the pony rides) but you can still watch the beautiful animals, and that is really what the zoo is all about, right?
