Stewart Square Eatery in Downtown Rockford to Close

The pandemic has claimed an eatery in downtown Rockford. Stewart Square Eatery in Downtown Rockford will close it's doors for good, as of August 28th.

Stewart Square Eatery located at 117 S. Main Street posted on their Facebook the following:

We are sad to announce that Stewart Eatery will permanently close on August 28th, 2020. To be frank, COVID kicked our A** and we're unable to maintain the losses.

We are so thankful to our customers who have supported us throughout the years.

Cantina Taco WILL REMAIN OPEN!

Stewart Square Eatery was famous for hand-tossed pizza and gourmet sandwiches.

Get out and try to support our local businesses as much as you can. Together, we can get through this.
