Sprint Customers Are Literally Asking “Can You hear Me Now?”
If you're having problems with the person on the other side of the phone not hearing you, you're not alone. If this if you, Sprint has an "oops" message for you.
Sprint users in the midwest are complaining about reception problems causing the person they're chatting with to not hear them. The irony here is Verizon Wireless' former "can you hear me now?" guy was hired by Sprint to mock VW. Who is laughing now? Not Sprint users... or even Sprint.
The problem is labeled as "intermittent voice issues" and Sprint is well aware of it. In a statement released to WGN,
Some customers in the Midwest may be experiencing intermittent voice issues. Our team is working quickly to resolve the issue and we apologize for the inconvenience.
There are not nearly as many complaints about the problem from Sprint users at the moment but if you're having trouble with your phone this could be why.
