Six Flags Entertainment is selling some of its lower-performing parks to EPR Properties for $331 million.
I had no idea there were "low-performing" parks under the Six Flags banner. I guess you learn something new every day.
Anyway, the plan is to streamline its portfolio and focus more on investing in its strongest parks.
