Secret Weapon for Chili

Yesterday a listener, who will remain anonymous as I don't want to blow his cover, told me the secret weapon for making great chili.

Do you want to know what it is?

He said to use a 1/2 a bottle of Lean & Perrin's Worcestershire Sauce.

Hmmm, I'm going to pass this along to Little Zim.  We've been put in charge of the chili for the Chili Shoot Out this Saturday (Oct. 4th).

We do have a secret weapon up our sleeve but maybe we could add this to our arsenal??? Hmmm... Uh oh, the cooking gears are turning in my brain. Look out!

I had no idea that Worcestershire sauce could make a chili? I looked it up and found Lea & Perrin have several recipes, including chili, using their sauce.
