Rockford Police to Host Free Train Show This Weekend

As the mom of two young children I know that anything involving the word "train" will be a major hit.

Train models...train movies...train books, it doesn't matter, young boys and girls love them all. Throw in Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends, and you've got kids and families flocking from all over, and that is exactly what the Rockford Police Department is hoping for this Saturday.

This event appears to be pretty popular on social media right now, so you better plan on getting the family there early so you don't miss any of the fun!
