Rockford Police Department Looking for Transfer Officers
The Rockford Police Department is now accepting applications from police officers who are looking to make a lateral move from their current department to Rockford's force.
Transfer applications will be accepted through September 25, 2018, and all applicants must be a full-time employee of their current department for at least one year, be sworn-in and have all the paperwork to prove it, and meet all of the entry level requirements for the Rockford Police Department.
Transfer applicants must also pass:
- A written examination
- MPULSE and Physical Agility Test
- An oral examination
- Psychological assessment
- Background investigation
- Medical Exam
