Rockford Package Thief Caught On Camera

Police are looking for this man responsible for tampering with packages.

According to Rockford Police, the incident took place at Olsen Plaza, 511 North Church Street on February 6. The person in the photos below allegedly removed a package from in front of an apartment and opened it. Apparently, the contents of the package were of no interest or use because he then "discarded" the contents of the package in a nearby stairwell.
