Rockford-Area Teachers Send Extreme Heat Reminder To Parents

It won't be in the 100's this week but it will be hot enough for teachers to remind parents of the importance of how students should be prepared for the weather.

Thursday is supposed to be a warm day for Rockford and its neighbors and, since some schools in the area do not have air-conditioned classrooms, messages like these are important to get out to parents and guardians - purely as a reminder.

Messages like this are just another reason to appreciate our teachers.
