On a day meant to celebrate the 815 area, residents don't disappoint when celebrating their favorite things about the Rock River Valley.
Rockford and fellow 815 cities and towns are celebrating August 15th, otherwise known as 815 Day. I dared to seek out what Rockfordians had to say about their favorite things in and around the screw city. I was pleasantly surprised by the positive responses and felt obliged to share their answers with you.
