It's the beginning of a new year. The year I'm going to get healthy, exercise, and lose a whole bunch of weight! Blah, blah, blah. Easier said then done, right? If you're like me, you need some clever ways to keep you motivated to exercise. Good news, I found a few cool ones to get us started.

No matter what all the new weight loss fads claim, we can't lose weight without changing our eating habits AND exercising. Darn. Here's a few things I found that I think will be handy as we start our journey to weight loss success...
