Pajama Day Part Two For The Chicago Cubs
I will be the first one to tell you that I am a huge St. Louis Cardinals fan. What I won't say is how much fun it would be to play for the Chicago Cubs.
Since the beginning of the tenure for Joe Madden as the Chicago Cubs skipper, he has kept the team loose with fun little things. Last year, he brought in a magician when they were on a losing streak. That scored them three wins in a row.
Then there was the footie pajama overnight trip back home from Los Angeles last year. It was a great trip home as Jake Arrietta threw a no hitter that night. As you can see from the pic above, everyone looked comfortable.
Fast forward to this year. To start the season off, it was a zany suit trip. Then it was short shorts. And the annual trip to L.A. brought the return of the footie pajamas.
The Cubs are having another great year. It also looks like they are having fun in the process.
