New Scholarship Program to Reward Students for Volunteering by Paying for College

The Westgate Coalition is hoping that their new scholarship program will inspire the teens to volunteer and help take pride in their community by keeping it clean and in return they will reward them by helping to pay for the college education. 

Wow! That sounds like win/win situation don't you think?

The community wins with the clean up and beautification projects. The kids win with getting part of the schooling paid for and they'll learn life lessons of taking pride in where you live.

I really hope this program takes off and they get the funding they need.
