While it is good news that Chicago's Brookfield and Lincoln Park Zoos will reopen in Phase 4, you'll need to get in touch with them before you come for a visit.

Governor Pritzker's Restore Illinois plan is expected to enter Phase 4 on Friday, June 26. We will see many businesses and attractions open all around the state. While there will be several health and safety guidelines in place, like masks and social distancing, Chicago's famed zoos will be opening their front gates.

Lincoln Park Zoo reopens on Monday, June 29 (open to exclusive members June 26-28). Admission is free but reservations are needed to get in. Lincoln Park Zoo created an Eventbrite site to make your reservations.

Brookfield Zoo reopens to the general public on July 8 (open to members July 1-July 7). Admission is $24.95 for adults, $17.95 for children 3-11 and $19.95 for seniors 65 and older. Parking is $15. Reservations are also required. Click HERE to make yours.

Some indoor areas of both zoos, like animal buildings and restaurants, will remain closed.
