Here's an update on a story I posted last week. In the video , a Tampa, FL woman filmed a man who was tailgating her on a road in Florida.

You can see in the video the man is giving her "the bird" (in video above). He then loses control of his truck, travels across a median and through oncoming traffic, crosses over to an rest area on the other side of the road and takes out a light pole and greatly damages his truck. If you listen closely, you can hear the woman say "That's what you get," laughing loudly. "All on video, buddy."

Since the video has been posted it has generated close to 10 Million views. We now have word from local Tampa, FL TV station WTSP that the man in the video is 33-year-old Jeffrey White. He has now been arrested.

Authorities say they used footage to get Mr White's license plate number. He has since been charged with reckless driving, leaving the scene, and failure to wear a seat belt.

What's ironic here is that the police did not reprimand or ticket the woman filming the incident while driving. Many readers have posted comments she should share the blame, because she should have kept her attention on the road.

According to woman filming the incident, "Instead, they were thankful that the footage helped them collar the culprit"

So the debate continues: Who do you think is the guilty party here?
