Drinking water is good for us.

Did you know there's a how and a when to drinking it?

Yeah, me either.

Here I thought I was doing well just carrying my thirty-two ounce jug around at work and trying to drink at least two of those before I go home at 5:00 PM.

In this Step to Health article, it states that if you want to get the most out of drinking water there are times of when and how you should drink it.

For instance, we should drink a glass as soon as we get up in the morning. Don't reach for that coffee, instead drink a glass of warm water to activate your intestinal track and to cleanse it from the night before.

Or, did you know that you shouldn't drink a lot during your meals? Drinking while eating disrupts the digestive process.

One other tip is that if you'd like to feel more rested we need to drink a glass of warm water right before bed.
