Jupiter Will Be So Close Next Week You Can See It With Binoculars
If you've got a set of binoculars, get ready to look up, you're about to get to up close and personal with a planet.
On June 10 and June 15, planet Jupiter will be clearly visible and you'll be able to see its four biggest moons using a good ole pair of binoculars!
Maybe it's just me, but I had no idea Jupiter had any moons let alone FOUR moons.
CBS News says "Scientists believe the planet has a combined 79 moons — 53 named and 26 awaiting official names."
That's a lot of moons. Lucky for us, we'll be able to see them on Monday without too much trouble.
NASA tweeted out some info too regarding the Jupiter moon sightings too.
