Kraft’s Change in Cheese Slices Concerns Indiana Grocery Shoppers
Attention all cheese enthusiasts: Kraft Singles is shaking things up with three new flavors for the first time in a decade. Yes, you read that right. I'm not that adventurous when it comes to any food, and I don't think a good thing like cheese should be overly messed with, especially when it's contaminated with ONION.
Three New Kraft Singles Flavors - Similar Packaging
How many times have you run through the diary aisle at the grocery store and scooped up the familiar blue package of Kraft singles? Well, now we will have to look more closely at the label, especially if you have a serious aversion or allergy to onions.
Garlic & Herb:
This new Kraft cheese flavor is probably going to be good on a chicken parmesan or baked pasta. Perhaps if you wanted a grilled cheese that tastes like garlic bread this might be a new favorite for you.
Jalapeño:
My heartburn says that the spicy cheese singles will be a little too much. I'm thinking that my nacho-loving friends will appreciate this new flavor.
Caramelized Onion:
"Thou shalt not add onion to cheese." Okay, yes this is my own personal quote, but it should be written in stone somewhere. My new fear is that someone will try to prank me with onion cheese. Come on Kraft, what did your processed cheese slices do to deserve being mixed with onion flavor? I just beg that the onion powder stays far away from my cherished blue box of mac & cheese.
Where to Find Kraft's New Singles:
My friend Brian with McKim's IGA in Mt. Vernon shared the new products. Yes, they are available now.
