Wisconsin police scored big time when they arrested a teenager who was in possession of a large number of illegal drugs.

In my mind, I don't think of Wisconsin as a drug state. Don't get me wrong, I know there's plenty of illegal stuff on the other side of the Cheddar Curtain but it doesn't seem as big as maybe some other places.

It's more about boozing it up and getting drunk north of the state line. Of course, weed and maybe meth in the rural areas. In a recent bust, the local police arrested a teen with something a little bit unusual.

According to kenoshanews.com,

A teenager from Sparta, Wisconsin was arrested by police in Monroe County. He was under suspicion for dealing drugs in that area. During the bust, the local authorities discovered something very interesting to add to the 18-year-old's trouble. He was selling illegal magic mushrooms.

According to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, police executed search warrants on March 8 related to an ongoing drug investigation involving the sale of marijuana to juveniles.

 

The searches reportedly led to the seizure of 45 pounds of marijuana, 300 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, and $30,000 in cash.
