Chad Smith From Red Hot Chili Peppers Donates To Milwaukee Music Program

These programs are starting to pop up all over the country, and now they have a powerhouse supporter.

Rock n Roll Hall of Fame drummer Chad Smith from the Red Hot Chili Peppers has started his own Chad Smith Foundation. Its goal is to help young musicians and music programs, so all kids have the opportunity to participate in playing music. It's something this country needs very badly.

Chad Smith's national After School Music Program (AMP) is coming to Milwaukee. They are teaming up with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, the Salvation Army, Notes for Notes, and Running Rebels. The foundation will bring in professional musicians to help with teaching the children. Such a cool thing for that area.
